Hi, I'm Michela.
Originally from Tuscany, Italy, I moved to Hamilton, Ontario in 2019 and have spent more than 17 years helping women transform their health through fitness and nutrition.
I believe exercise should be something you enjoy, not something you dread.
My goal is to help women lose weight, gain strength, boost their confidence, and develop habits they can maintain for life.
Rather than relying on quick fixes, I teach practical strategies that help you become confident and independent in your fitness journey.
As a certified Personal Trainer Specialist, Women's Coaching Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, I continue to expand my knowledge so I can provide the highest level of coaching and support.
